ProClaimS proprietary appraisal dispatch and retrieval system (PCO) speeds the field appraisal process and reduces cycle time.
PCO is a secure web-based system allowing assignments to be entered, tracked, dispatched, retrieved, archived, and accessed by our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each morning our clients' adjusters recieve a current status on every open assignment. This eliminates phone calls and messages and that enhances customer service.
PCO allows our customers to data mine and generate reports relevant to our customer's requirements. Timeliness, loss payments, averages, and cycle time are measured and can be reported on through PCO. Physical damage audits can be conducted from anywhere in the world.
